Another Equilibrium Marketing Solutions strategy to support growth is our travel program. One month may find us at a weekend networking conference, another month we might be we basking in the sun at an R&R retreat. More often, we’re working our way into new markets or cross-training at one of our satellite offices. For example, some of our people recently went to Daytona together to explore a new market. The trip was a great success, and the team members got to know one another better as well.
Our Miami office is growing as quickly as our home office in Tampa, so we’ve been traveling there to cross-train. The chance to learn techniques that work in different markets makes us more creative in our on-site marketing approaches, and increases our inventiveness in other areas too.
