As the leader of Equilibrium Marketing Solutions, Brandon has a keen eye on the company’s growth. His focus and commitment to team development have earned him prestigious industry awards. Brandon currently has offices in cities throughout the southeast of the US, with more ready to open in 2023/2024! His love for the environment and the ocean inspired his most recent tattoo, which reflects his quest for removing plastic from our oceans and preserving our ecosystem. Brandon is a die-hard fan of all Philly sports teams, but enjoys watching the local teams hit the field. In his spare time, he enjoys all water activities and perfecting making his famous Philly cheesesteaks. Brandon is a proud dad to his dogs Petey and Pauly and loves charter fishing in Islamorada.

Colleen is a University of Miami graduate with a Masters from Boston College! She loves to play and watch sports, and she even played intermural while in College. She loves to read and go to the beach in her spare time. Her long term goal with Equilibrium Marketing Solutions is to grow her own team and open multiple offices.

Kwaundel is an unstoppable asset to the EQ Solutions family! His office in Tampa is growing quickly, and this is in part to do with his passion for making a difference and being successful! Kwaundel is constantly moving and thriving! Having lived in Philly, San Diego and Tampa; we can’t wait to see where he goes next!

Elizabeth, or as she likes it, Liz, graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Boston where she received a degree in Marketing. In school she liked to stay active as a member of the UMass Rowing team and participating in community outreach programs. Liz has received the Rising Star Award through the company while partaking on a knowledge trip to England. She has moved from San Diego to Tampa to open a new office! She aspires to soon create new recruitment strategies to drive expansion throughout Florida to be a part of her great team! Her passion includes raising awareness to the people around her whether in the community or her team. She believes knowledge is power and wants to help people gain as much information as possible! In her off time, Liz loves to cook and spend time with her family.

Melissa attended Grossmont College and wasted no time getting into work that would bring her fulfillment. She makes sure that Equilibrium Marketing Solutions has a big influence on the movement to better the world by building a strong and energetic team based just as much on friendship as it is on professional success. Melissa also adds value to the firm by speaking three languages.

Michal is a Palm Beach State graduate who has been a great asset to the team here. In the short term he wants to continue to expand his business and grow as a leader. Eventually he wants to open two more locations and have over 60 staff members! His favorite part about this team are the opportunities and friendships he’s gained while working here. In his spare time you can find him fishing or shooting down at the gun range!
