Travel incentives are key parts of the Equilibrium Marketing Solutions experience, with our latest adventure taking us to San Diego for a long weekend of learning and networking. Between the Miami and Tampa offices, there were 11 event managers staying at the Marriott downtown. Along with workshops and lots of discussions with top performers from across the country, there were a few promotions awarded during the trip.
Brandon, our Equilibrium Marketing Solutions President, stated, “This weekend trip was a great chance for the newest team members to gain industry knowledge.” There was a lot to learn from keynote speeches and sessions, not to mention the value of speaking with top leaders. Everyone who went on the trip returned to their home offices inspired to achieve lofty goals.
Along with new knowledge and contacts, the San Diego trip gave us chances to get to know each other better. When we get away from our professional roles, we get to see different sides of our colleagues’ personalities. As we discover shared interests and unseen talents, we start to think of ways to apply them back at the office. By the time we’re collaborating on the job again, we’re closer than ever before.
