Online Resources for Leadership Training

We’re true believers in the value of learning on the job here at Equilibrium Marketing Solutions HQ. Keeping up in our industry requires us to continue sharpening our skills. When it comes to developing leadership acumen, we’ve found the following online resources to be helpful:

• Master Class Management: This site provides free courses in a wide variety of leadership topics. We’ve found it especially useful because it allows us to complete courses at our own pace. The ability to organize our learning around our ambitious Equilibrium Marketing Solutions goals is a major bonus.

• Udemy: There are plenty of paid programs available through Udemy, but there are also a lot of free options for boosting leadership skills. Ratings from other users also make it easy to find the courses that will be most helpful for our unique needs. This feedback even tells us how much time we’ll need to put into any given course.

• MIT Open Courseware: For graduate-level courses from an elite school, this is probably the best option. Courses in change leadership and building effective teams are free of charge. Some of the reading materials have to be purchased, but that’s a worthwhile investment for such a prime learning experience.
