Michael C. Gets Time in the Spotlight

We’re always ready to shine the Equilibrium Marketing Solutions spotlight on our top performers. Today it’s Michael C. who’s receiving some well-deserved attention. Brandon W., our firm’s President, explained that Michael was recently promoted to crew leader and brings a growth-oriented mind-set to his work.

Michael sets a fine example for all our event managers through his efforts to learn something new every day. He’s accountable for his own goals while also making time to help his teammates improve. Brandon noted that Michael asks lots of questions and seeks input on ways he can sharpen his performance. This is another way he acts as an ideal role model, because he hasn’t let his success get in the way of everyday learning.

What has truly made Michael a respected leader around Equilibrium Marketing Solutions HQ is his talent for respectful listening. He encourages everyone to offer their ideas, which leads to stronger trust throughout our office. When people know their voices will be heard, they’re more confident and engaged from day to day. Brandon added that Michael sensed this early in his career and has made listening with intent a major part of his leadership strategy.
