We always enjoy sending top Equilibrium Marketing Solutions performers to rewarding industry events, so the recent Elite Leaders meeting created quite a buzz around our office. This meeting, which took place in Miami, was organized by our top leaders. It recognized four cities as the elites in the on-site fundraising industry. Event managers from Miami, Tampa, Charlotte, and Richmond were in attendance.
Those who are leaders or have leaders on their teams earned an invite to this prestigious gathering. There was obviously plenty of networking to be done at the gathering. Our event managers returned to Equilibrium Marketing Solutions HQ with an array of new contacts they can go to for advice. Some of our industry’s sharpest leaders delivered keynote addresses, so our team members also gained fresh insights to tackle even bigger challenges.
Trips like this one are key elements of our team-building approach. Our people are exposed to all kinds of different methods and mind-sets, all as they enjoy the sights and sounds that new places have to offer.
At the end of November, there was a West Coast version of the Elite Leaders meeting. This event honored top leaders from offices in San Diego, Tucson, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City.
