The first is the team itself; or rather, the individuals that make it up. You can coach people to help hone their skills, but it’s more difficult to instill passion and teamwork. We prefer to find those who are ready to jump in and begin contributing on their first day.
Leaders at Equilibrium Marketing Solutions have created an honest and transparent pipeline to keep our people informed and working to the best of their abilities. We expect our team members to give their best. In order to do that, we feel that we have to share information. They need to know how they are adding to our overall success.
Finally, we also feel it’s important to give our associates the space and authority to do their work in a self-directed manner. No matter how good our leaders might be, they cannot directly perform or control all of the tasks we must perform in a given day, month, or year.
