Taking Time to Reflect on a Successful Year

The fourth quarter is the busiest time for Equilibrium Marketing Solutions, but we still find time to reflect on the last year. We’re not ones to rest on our laurels, but we have to admit it does feel good to relive our victories from the past 12 months, and there are plenty of lessons to be learned as well.

We had an amazing year filled with growth, both for team members and for Equilibrium Marketing Solutions. Many of our people earned promotions, and we reached into new target markets as well. We’ll be building on the momentum we gained from both these outcomes, and focusing on training and developing even more leaders within our firm. This way, we have the infrastructure to support even more expansion efforts, such as hiring new associates and even opening up a new office!

There were other goals we hit too, such as the support we gave to mission-driven organizations. Along with our professional efforts to raise awareness for nonprofits and charities, we also invested our personal time and resources into worthy causes. Philanthropy is more than our work: it’s our passion as well, and we’ll be ramping up our efforts in this area for 2020 too.
