Rewarding R&R in Costa Rica

Our annual Equilibrium Marketing Solutions R&R getaway is probably our most rewarding group outing of the year, and the most recent edition took us to Costa Rica. It was a great time for networking and for our event managers to recharge their batteries.

We work hard here, so we always take advantage of chances to unwind as a team. There are many positives that come with heading out together to a retreat, with the fresh perspectives we can gain near the top of the list. We get to look at the current challenges we face and the ambitious goals we have in a completely different light when we’re in an exotic locale. It’s not unusual for us to return to the Equilibrium Marketing Solutions office more confident than ever in our abilities.

Of course we also get to enjoy each other’s company in different settings during our R&R excursions. Teamwork around the office seems to get a jolt every time, as we learn more about each other on a personal level while we’re away. We create a lot of positive energy during our retreats, finding traits and talents we didn’t know about before. Carrying these good vibes into our projects is always a memorable experience.
