Brandon W., our Director of Operations, explained, “Teamwork is everything, so coming together to celebrate our success is a common occurrence for our associates.”
We gather for team nights because they lift morale and help us build stronger connections. Brandon remarked, “We get excited for our get-togethers because we consider ourselves both coworkers and real friends. The camaraderie we develop when we go to dinner or attend an industry event carries over into our work back at the office. That means we make the most of the diverse talents on the Equilibrium Marketing Solutions roster.”
Our Director also appreciates the trust that emerges through regular team outings. “Trust can make or break a team,” he added. “Our people know they can rely on each other, mostly due to the fact that they take part in so many different types of cooperative events. We try to provide as many opportunities for our people to fuse their talents as possible. Whether it’s on a big project or a fun competition away from the workplace, we make teamwork a way of life.”
