Highlighting Tomas for His Recent Promotion

When a member of Team Equilibrium Marketing Solutions achieves a great career milestone, we’re happy to fire up our company spotlight. This month, it’s Tomas who finds himself being recognized for his recent promotion to crew leadership. Brandon W., our firm’s President, explained that Tomas was a football player and brings an athletic mind-set to the office every day.

Tomas grew up just outside of Boston, Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Miami before joining our team. Brandon noted that Tomas advanced to leadership at a rapid clip by taking full advantage of our in-depth training program.

Pushing himself beyond his current skill set has always been a big part of Tomas’ successful approach. He sets high benchmarks for personal and career growth. He then aims even higher when he achieves one of them. Brandon noted that Tomas sets an ideal example for everyone else around the Equilibrium Marketing Solutions office through his hard work and efforts.

The fact that Tomas takes time to help others makes him an ideal fit for crew leadership. He’s accountable for all the goals he puts in place for himself, but making time to assist others in their pursuits is what makes Tomas a natural leader.
