Introducing Lauren, a Go-Getter by Nature

Team member recognition is one of the many things that fuel motivation throughout Equilibrium Marketing Solutions. We openly applaud our colleagues, and Lauren is the most recent to receive the spotlight. She is a training manager perhaps most known for her consistency when completing tasks.

She also has a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. According to Liz, our Equilibrium Marketing Solutions administrator, “Lauren is willing to learn and that is a strong quality to have. She is very adaptable and dives right into any task she takes on.”

Lauren is originally from Oregon, and lived in California for a while before making the move to Florida. We’re grateful that our region was her landing spot! Here are some of her other strengths:

• Customer Engagement: She understands the importance of a happy customer. She puts the audience front and center during every campaign. Doing so boosts success for the businesses we serve. 
• Time Management: Lauren also knows how to use her time wisely. For instance, she always puts high-impact work first. She groups similar duties together so she doesn’t have to disrupt her flow too much. She stays sharply focused on one thing at a time. These efforts tell us that she cares about the value she contributes to our team.
