Our Equilibrium Marketing Solutions team is made up of some very impressive individuals. All our event managers bring their A-games to work each day. So, we are happy to recognize them for their hard work whenever possible. Today, we are shining a spotlight on Melissa, who not only made major contributions to our company recently, she also won an award.

Melissa is a talented ambassador for good. She consistently exceeds her goals and has repeatedly set a new standard for performance. For her work in 2017, she was named Sales Champion of the Year, competing against others in the peer-to-peer marketing industry. She has already continued that same trend in 2018, setting new records in the first week of January.

One of Melissa’s most notable characteristics is her ability to keep learning and growing. While working with Equilibrium Marketing Solutions, she has really worked on her fortitude and persistence.
