Phrases That Demonstrate Leadership Ethics

• “I’ll Let You Know.”: If we ask questions to which a leader doesn’t immediately know the answer, he or she will never give a hollow response. Instead, the individual will do some research and get back to us with accurate and thorough information.
• “There’s a Reason. Let Me Explain.”: Transparency matters around here. Understanding the purpose behind our work, as well as why our leaders make certain choices, helps us complete our tasks successfully.
• “That’s an Excellent Idea.”: There’s a lot of praise thrown around the Equilibrium Marketing Solutions office. It’s great for morale. Our leaders are always waiting to give us feedback and recognize our hard work. In turn, we share our own kind words with one another.
