Excitement from our Chicago Meeting

There’s always another Equilibrium Marketing Solutions team travel event around the corner, and our last one was a coaching session in Chicago! This was a meeting just for Owners and Assistant Owners to learn from the best of the best in our industry. We’re excited to bring back all kinds of lessons back from the Windy City.

Of course, simply being in Chicago was a memorable experience for our team members. We always try to make the most of a visit to a great city. Chicago offered many amazing restaurants and cultural attractions, so everyone had a packed schedule even when they weren’t meeting the top minds in our business.

There was a wide range of leadership skills discussed during the Chicago meeting. The attendees will surely share what they’ve learned through their career journeys, including how important it is to listen to team members’ ideas and concerns. Making people feel safe to speak up is a focal point for our Equilibrium Marketing Solutions leaders. They know that the best insights can come from anyone at any level. With this in mind, our management team keeps the floor open at all times.
