Colleen: Our Newest Crew Leader

We’re excited to highlight our top Equilibrium Marketing Solutions performers each month, so we’re especially happy to put Colleen, our newest crew leader, in the spotlight. Brandon W., our firm’s President, explained that Colleen has set a great example for our entire team from her first days with our company. She’s committed to daily improvement and to helping her colleagues reach their most ambitious goals.

Colleen earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and a master’s degree from Boston College. She’s a big sports fan, both when it comes to watching and playing, so she’s sometimes a bit torn between her conference-rival alma maters. Brandon added that Colleen grew up overseas and has lived on three different continents. One of her current goals is to become an assistant owner in the next six months.

Colleen embodies many of the principles that guide our success, including constant improvement and a positive mind-set. Her determination to achieve more is evident in all that she does. Colleen is selfless while still setting a high bar for her own performance. This unique combo will serve her well as a crew leader.
