Adam P. Receives Well-Deserved Recognition

Adam doesn’t wait to be told when to apply a new skill, taking initiative to do it himself when the time is right. This is a great example for everyone else on Team Equilibrium Marketing Solutions. Adam sets the pace for self-improvement, which shows his leadership potential and sets him up for sustained success on his own terms.

Kwaundel, Adam’s training manager, explained, “Adam has really transformed himself since starting and exudes a quiet confidence every other team member picks up on.
